How does the Monthly Subscription work?
Upon joining, you receive immediate access to the foundational Intro Course. Each month, your account is credited with the ability to unlock exactly one new dragon encounter of your choice, allowing you to pace your Dragon Slayer’s formation.
How do I unlock my next monthly course?
When your monthly billing cycle refreshes, click the Menu button in the top right and select Monthly Course Unlock. Browse the available dragons, click your choice, and scroll down to click Unlock Your Course. It will then be permanently available in your Course Catalog.
Why can’t I unlock a new course directly from the Course Catalog?
Your monthly course credit must be redeemed exclusively through the Monthly Course Unlock page. The Course Catalog is your library for viewing courses you have already unlocked, or for Yearly Members who have instant access to everything.
How does the Yearly Subscription work?
The Yearly Path grants you a VIP pass to the entire Order. You do not use unlock forms or wait a month between lessons. Simply visit the Course Catalog and every single encounter is immediately available.

Why does my Dashboard say "No Courses Found"?
I am a Yearly Member. How do I start a new course?
While your Yearly Membership grants you unrestricted access to the entire catalog, you still need to officially join a course so the system can track your daily progress. Simply visit the Course Catalog and click the Enroll Course button under the dragon you want to face. Once the course overview page loads, click the Enroll Now button and then click the Start Learning button to launch the interactive player. This officially adds the course to your personal Dashboard so you can begin tracking your progress.
I am a Monthly Member. How do I start the course I just unlocked?
After redeeming your monthly credit on the Monthly Course Unlock page, navigate to the Course Catalog and click on your chosen course. Once the course overview page loads, click the Enroll Now button and then click the Start Learning button to launch the interactive player. This officially adds the course to your personal Dashboard so you can begin tracking your progress.
How do I pause or exit an active lesson?
Our interactive courses use a distraction-free player that temporarily hides the main website navigation menu. To safely exit a course and return to the rest of the website, click the Back Arrow ( ← ) located in the very top-left corner of the screen next to the course title.
How do I control the Interactive Slide Lessons?
These self-paced lessons require you to click to advance. Click the screen or the speaker icon to enable background music. Use the Play arrow on the control bar or your keyboard arrows to advance the reading. Use the yellow Next > button to jump to the next slide.
Where do I find my printable resources and certificates?
While you are inside the distraction-free lesson player, click the “…” (More) button in the bottom-left corner. This opens a dedicated pop-up menu where you can instantly download teacher announcements, offline course resources, and your completion certificates.
Technical Troubleshooting & Support
A lesson isn’t loading, or the website looks outdated. What should I do?
I clicked the support email button and a warning popped up. Is it safe?
Yes! Modern web browsers always ask for permission before opening your computer’s email application (like Outlook or Apple Mail). Simply click “Allow” to launch your email draft.
